Our juniors have settled back into school and are enjoying nicer weather than we had in summer! A very quiet week on the running front with only the 2 Waterworks park runs to report, well done to everyone who turned out at the weekend to take part. Our summer (a very rainy one!) has come to an end and the juniors are getting ready for routine and return to school.  They have finished the last week in style though, squeezing in the final Lagan Valley AC Fab5 series at Mary Peter’s, a strength and conditioning class at the clubhouse and the usual park runs.
