A very busy and triumphant week for our fabulous juniors who are completely on fire at the minute, achieving PB’s and podiums faster than we can type them up 😊! The excellent results are testament to the hard work and dedication they are putting into their training.
Special thanks to the coaches for their hard work and dedication throughout the year allowing the juniors to grow from strength to strength in a supportive environment!

NI & Ulster Age Group Championships
We had fantastic results across 2 days of the NI & Ulster age group championships. We had a number of podiums and PBs. Fantastic running everyone!
Day 1 and our juniors did themselves and the club very proud with their superb efforts.
U14G 800m
An excellent race for Cassie who secured 1st place and a fabulous run from Leila to steal 3rd place. Both also achieved PB’s, no stopping them. Massive well-done girls!
U14B 800m
A brilliant race from Cormac earned him 3rd place with a PB, excellent running Cormac!
U18G 3000m
Holly ran a super race to get 3rd place in a tough field, well done Holly, fantastic running.
Day 2
U14G 1500m
More excellent running from Leila who got another PB and a great 5th place. Well done Leila, fabulous effort!
U14B 1500m
A superb run from Cormac achieving another PB and securing 2nd place. Excellent work Cormac.
U15G 800m
A great run from Eimear to finish in 14th place place in a tough field, well done Eimear.
U15B 1500m
A fabulous race from Thomas to get a great 4th place and a PB, well done Thomas. Great to see Alex Reid back racing again and achieve 13th place, great running Alex.
U18B 1500m
An excellent run from Eoin to achieve a fabulous 3rd place, great running Eoin!
Absolutely fabulous running at the age group championships and a special shout out to those who placed in top 4 and will qualify for the All Irelands in Tullamore: Cassie, Leila, Cormac, Thomas, Holly and Eoin. Well done guys!
Waterworks Park Run
