East Coast AC Junior XC (Race 2)
With a touch of spring in the air, a good bunch of the North Belfast Harriers juniors made their way to Larne to participate in the 2nd cross-country race of the series. It was a great day for running with very nice conditions outside for this time of year. There was great running all round. Well done to the juniors who made it to Larne and who might have raced their first XC. May it be the first of many.

The next East Coast AC XC in Larne is on 3 March. Please register now so we can once again have great NBH participation at this event. From the photos, the junior runners really enjoyed racing here. Register here.
The weather is improving and no bad weather is forecast for this week. However, please keep an eye on the group Whatsapp for any last minute announcements.
Message to parents
There are currently six volunteer authors who take turns in writing the Junior Report each week. We hope that this proves useful and that the kids enjoy reading it also.
We try and capture the main events before writing the report, such as local Parkruns, major XC events etc. however, we cannot be aware of every running event that all of the kids take part in. This includes schools XC where the clubs aren’t mentioned.
Therefore, if your child has participated in a running event and you wish for them to be included in the weekly report, please send the relevant details to the WhatsApp group “NBH Girls Model” or “NBH Boys Model” along with any photos you may have. Alternatively, feel free to send a message directly to one of the authors who will forward the information to that week’s author.
