It has been another busy week for North Belfast Harriers, with members competing across a wide range of events, from local road races and cross-country fixtures to the Central European Marathons. It’s been a quiet week on the results front for our Juniors, but rest assured they’ve been hard at work, following their coaches’ plans and building towards the cross country season ahead. The first event on the calendar is the TJ McElmeel in Armagh this Sunday, which welcomes runners of all ages, including our very youngest in the U9 range. As Autumn approaches, Harriers were all over Europe this week, with enthusiasm for racing the half marathon distance especially! Belfast City Half Marathon – Sunday 20th September Over 7,000 people nabbed the hottest ticket in town and took part in the annual Belfast City Half Marathon on a sunny Sunday morning.
