Spring has sprung, and some sunshine was a welcome sight this week as many Harriers explored Parkruns far and wide to kickstart the bank holiday weekend. European Champion Clubs Cup Cross Country (Sunday 25th February) A strong team of Harriers made their European debut this weekend in Albufeira, Portugal in a hugely competitive field. The conditions were favourable, and the team adjusted well to the lack of muck which they had become used to in NI Cross Country fixtures. The route consisted of 5 laps (approx 9.2km) of uneven grass sections and dirt trails, with obstacles such as log jumps thrown in for good measure. The team finished …
