Another quiet week to report on with only Parkruns to highlight. The weather is much improved and conditions are very favourable for running. Our juniors are getting on great and it is good to see the sheer numbers attending these weekend events. Between this and training (on Tuesday and Thursday) they will go from strength to strength. We had some great running this week and this can be seen in the results below.

Training
Training as normal every Tuesday and Thursday at Girls Model track from 6pm
Please make sure the kids are warmly kitted out for training.
Any help with taking down the floodlights is appreciated by the coaches as means we all get home in good time.

Girls Model track not available on Thursday (23rd Jan) due to School Open Evening
There will be training – Belfast Castle at 6:00pm- this is only for the 6:15 group
