This was a pretty quiet week, sandwiched between the two massive NI and Ulster Cross Country events. Next weekend, some of our juniors are off to Donegal to take part and we wish them the very best of luck.
We had good numbers this week taking part in the 5K Parkruns (Saturday) and 2K Junior Parkruns (Sunday).

The Waterworks Junior Parkrun (2K) normally occurs every Sunday. However, this weekend, it was cancelled. It will be back again soon and we strongly recommend that our juniors regularly take part. All the juniors who take part have great fun. Once you try it out, you won’t regret it. See the cover photo above showing the start line of a Junior Parkrun. Everyone goes at their own pace and some even enjoy walking it. You don’t have to be fast to take part.
