A lovely weekend in terms of mild sunny weather and that was reflected in many of our Juniors recording excellent parkrun times. Don’t say it too loudly but the weather this week resembled something we would expect to see over a pleasant Summer so fingers crossed we have more of this to look forward in the weeks and months ahead, it certainly makes getting out for those training sessions all the more pleasant! Fibrus East Coast AC Junior XC Series 2022 – 30th January – Larne A good contingent of our juniors made the relatively short journey up to Larne on Sunday morning for this really well organised event by East Coast AC that was well supported at Larne Grammar School playing fields. National XC Uneven Ages Finals: 5 – 11 December 2021 – Kilkenny On a perfect sunny and crisp Winters day in the Kilkenny countryside, seven of our junior stags made the trip to the Gowran Park to participate in the National XC Uneven age finals. North Down AC Festival of Cross Country – 30th October 2021 A perfect Autumn day in Bangor was the setting for cross country running hosted by North Down AC with a challenging course facing our 9 young Harriers who competed on the day.
