No races this week so all attention is on our local parkruns.
Whatever was in the air at the Waterworks on Saturday morning was special as all three of our Juniors who ran the 5km course all achieved a PB!
Massive well done to our young stags Jack, Matthew and Senan, the training is clearly paying off – trust the process!

Upcoming races for Juniors
There are 5 great track events for juniors at the Mary Peters Track with the first taking place on 21st April. Each event has various track distance races and some field events so a great opportunity for our juniors to gain some fantastic experience.
The events take place on 21 April , 12 May, 2 June, 18 August and 1st September.
Already a few of our juniors are signed up for the opening event and it would be great to see many yellow vests on the track that evening.
