Parkrun
A great turnout this week for Parkruns, with 118 members taking part and many more volunteering to make these events happen!
Special mention to Matt Shields for reaching his official 250th volunteer milestone, having contributed so much more as a vital force in establishing Parkrun on this island15 years ago. Congratulations also to Philomena Donaldson on completing her 100th volunteer role.
A few pushed themselves to new PBs: Grainne Stephens, Cathy Scullion, Dermot Coy, Ciara Neilan, Vincent Bradly and Jason Reid. Well done!
