Coastal 5k – Friday 1st September
Starting in Carnlough and finishing in Glenarm this flat and fast 5k is the perfect course for anyone chasing a PB. The following harriers took part, well done to all.

Garrison 10k – Saturday 2nd September
Hosted by Devenish GAA Club this scenic route takes place on the shores of Lough Melvin. Conan McCaughey followed his superb run in the Antrim Coast Half Marathon last weekend with another brilliant performance, placing 1st in the 10k with a finish time of 34:09 – well done Conan.
British Masters Track and Field Championships, Allerton Park, Derby – Saturday 2nd September
Conor Curran made the journey over to Derby and ended his track season by winning his 3rd British Masters 1500m title in 3 years in the M45 category (two outdoors, one indoors) – well done Conor.
Waterside Half Marathon – Sunday 3rd September
Ryan Moore finished in 8th place with a time of 1.16.30, taking 3rd place in the M40 category and also achieving a PB – well done Ryan.
Laganside 10k – Sunday 3rd September
Sunday brought the return of our own Laganside 10k which saw over 750 runners tackle the route in unprecedented heat and sunshine. Well done to everyone who both took part and volunteered and a special mention to:
