This week saw a range of races from the ultra-fast Brooks Armagh 5K International Road Race to the ultra-long Last One Standing. NBH Race Report, 19th – 25th Nov. 2018   This was a busy week for the Harriers, especially in the XC calendar where they travelled from Ballyclare to Blanchardstown.   Sat 24th November          Malcolm Cup Annadale Striders hosted this well-supported event as part of the on-going Athletics NI XC League 2018/19, held in Sixmilewater Park, Ballyclare.  The Harriers scored successes in both the 3 Miles Ladies, Veteran Ladies and Veteran Men and in the Senior Men’s and under-20 4 mile race. NBH Race Report, 8th – 14th October 2018   The main event this week was Northern Ireland Master Athletic Association XC held at Dub Playing Fields, Belfast.   Sat 13th October             NIMAA Mark McKinstry (North Belfast Harriers) ran out victorious as athletes from across Northern Ireland descended on the DUB Playing Fields in Belfast for the annual Northern Ireland Masters Athletics Association (NIMAA) XC. Although the main event this week was North Belfast Harriers’ own, Laganside 10k, there were plenty other events to keep our intrepid runners busy throughout the week.   29th August       East Antrim Marathon Series On Wednesday EAMS staged their August Midweek Marathon with runners starting at Carrickfergus castle and running 3 loops to the Loughshore Park at Jordanstown and back.
