Over 70 harriers took part in the annual “race around the river” midweek, some headed west for the half marathon and plenty ran around parkrun locations across Ireland, in England and as far afield as Germany at the weekend. NI & Ulster Cross Country Champions! Blown away by the performances, as well as the actual gales at Mallusk, the Mathieson Cup was the main competitive event in the calendar this week. With only Stormont and Lurgan left in the cross country league, this latest fixture attracted an impressive NBH turnout. Parkrun featured as always.
