Winter came to say “brrrrrr” this week but not even the snow, ice and cancelled training could hold the juniors back for long. Swapping sleds and mittens, a hardy crew of Harriers bravely took on a number of park runs this weekend.
First up was the Waterworks 5km. The course was runnable in most parts and fit for skates in others. Stewards were well posted throughout the course and helped guide the runners through in some seriously impressive times. Well done everyone who took part and lived to tell the tale!
